Dr. Pradnya Nagarkar joined MIT’s Initiative for Knowledge and Innovation in Manufacturing (IKIM) as a program manager in July 2020.  Before coming to MIT, she worked as a technical manager at 3M and has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing optical thin films for a variety of display applications.  At MIT, she will work with the institutes to help bring their courses online, in coordination with the DoD and Open edX vendor Class Generation.
